HP / lease financing
- We can offer lease / HP financing on all your solar / battery installs (assuming client has 3 years of trading and a reasonable credit history).
- Rates will vary depending on credit worthiness but would typically range between 6% and 9 %.
- Terms can be 2 years to 5 years.
- Quotations will be usually 2/3 days from receipt of information (Client name, address and contract value).
- Finance can be provided usually within 5 days of signed financial documents.
- PPA Model
- You can start to offer a PPA model i.e the building owner pays nothing for the supply and installation of the system and in return he signs a 15 year PPA agreement at a price of typically 15p kW/h index inflated.
- PPA’ s will be subject to the customers credit profile.
- 15 year contract rates will be 15p kW/h index linked, albeit we may look at slightly lower rates for larger systems / more credit worthy counterparties.
- Ideally we need a minimum system size of 250kW.
